Pentapharm, Basel, Switzerland, has integrated Alpaflor SA as a business unit into the cosmetics division of Pentapharm Ltd. In 1997, Pentapharm Holding acquired the Swiss company, which specializes in the development and production of extracts from Alpine plants such as edelweiss.
